I’m Teacher Leslie, and I am the owner of Level Up Preschool & Montessori. I have been in the early childhood education field since I was 19 years old. My husband and I have also been in the farming industry for many years. We bought Level Up in 2022. Since then, I’ve added programs to Level Up, including our Montessori Preschool program and Level Up Richland. I have a degree in Early Childhood Education and also a certification in Montessori for ages 3-6.

Trisha Osborne Level Up's Director

I'm Miss Trisha. I've worked in early childhood education for over 10 years. I attended WSU Tri-Cities and transferred to Eastern Washington University to pursue credits in Early Childhood Education. I have experience working in all early childhood-aged classes, from infant care up to school-age. I have always had a love for preschool and pre-k age children. In my free time, I love to play with my two dogs and take road trips to the ocean or mountains. I look forward to being a part of your child's educational journey
